Third Prize and Bronze Medal from Boston

Good news, folks!

We just got back from our Boston trip, which was a complete succes for Class&Jazz Duo. Upon the competition results announcement, which was made late at night on December 4th after the final round performances in the Jordan Hall of the New England Conservatory of Music, our ensemble has been awarded the Third Prize and Bronze Medal in memory of Herriet Ruth Stormier Carey, MD at the VII International Chamber Music Ensemble Competition in Boston, MA!

We were happy to receive plausible feedback from the judges of the competition Gabor Viragh, Cathy Fuller and Lidiya Yankovskaya and glad to retun home with the accomplished goal. This 2016 ICMEC competition had 3 rounds, with the recordings submitted in the First, 17 ensembles in the Second, and 8 ensembles in the Final Round. On the picture below are the all prize-winners.
